Strainer

The puree from the pulper is fed into the body of the turbostrainer.
High-speed rotating blades push the product into sieves that filter the fibre, skin and seeds from the puree.

It can work in series with a second turbostrainer with a finer sieve to the increase the yield and the production rate.

The strainer is available with sieves of various grades according to the product to be obtained.

Production range: 500 kg/hour to 20,000 kg/hour
