Pipe in pipe pre-heater – Pasteuriser

Suitable for heating, pasteurising and cooling fluids (tomato and fruit juice, brine, oil).
It is also used for enzyme inactivation and to soften fruit puree before straining or for hot filling to ensure that the product is hot when it enters the pasteuriser.

Depending on the product, it is heated with steam of superheated water.

It is possible to combine with CIP washing.
